Qualifications

• Certifications like SHRM-CP/SCHRP may substitute for experience.
• A master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR guidance to leadership on labor relations and policy interpretation.
• Partner with management on disciplinary documentation and investigations.
• Support organizational change and critical workforce challenges in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
