Shield AI is seeking a senior leader to own the operating model for complex domestic and international opportunities. The Head of Deal Strategy and Execution will shape deal architecture, pricing, terms, and governance, driving repeatable, executable transactions across a coordinated cross-functional team.

This leadership role builds three functions—Regional Deal Strategists, a central Business Proposals unit, and an Architecture & Packaging team—while standardizing where possible and bespoke

Competenze

• 10+ years in revenue, commercial, or deal/sales leadership roles in B2B technology with experience structuring complex transactions.
• Proven track record building or leading a deal desk or commercial structuring function.
• Deep familiarity with international government contracting, export considerations, and cross-border commerce.
• Defense, dual-use, or public-sector commercial exposure strongly preferred.
• Experience hiring and developing high-performing strategists and proposal professionals.

Mansioni

• Chair cross-functional deal reviews with executives and translate complex options into clear decisions.
• Own strategic deal architecture including customer value, configuration, pricing, terms, and delivery approach.
• Direct modular deal catalog and packaging across hardware, software, subscriptions, services, and training.
• Develop deal plays and reusable templates to accelerate field success and governance of exceptions.
• Lead governance around pricing, terms, and delivery with escalation when needed.
• Build and mentor Regional Deal Strategists, a Business Proposals team, and an Architecture & Packaging function.
