Bio‑Rad Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Strategic Accounts Manager to collaborate with the Head of North American Sales and manage relationships with major laboratory organizations and CROs.

You will negotiate strategic agreements and partner with regional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll balance relationship management with strategic business planning, coordinating cross‑functional teams to align customer needs with Bio‑Rad's solutions, while pursuing multi‑million‑dollar

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales experience including 5+ years managing strategic accounts.
• Experience in diagnostics industry and managing health systems/national/global reference laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, manage, and grow relationships with large global customers within Americas/EMEA/Asia.
• Develop strategic plans focused on revenue and margin growth for large global strategic partnerships.
• Identify and secure a continuous flow of multi‑million‑dollar partnership opportunities.
• Lead the preparation, negotiation, implementation and ongoing management of partnership agreements and contracts.
• Monitor partnership value and performance and take action to maintain win/win relationships.
