Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth by building strong customer relationships across North Texas, Oklahoma, and North Louisiana.

This field-based role combines account management and business development to expand Bio-Rad’s consumables revenue. You will visit academic customers on-site, manage a healthy sales funnel with CRM updates, and collaborate with Account Executives and Field Application Specialists to expand Bio-Rad’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Life sciences background required; 3–5 years in sales or related research in life sciences preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory plans to drive adoption of Bio-Rad Genomics and Proteomics solutions.
• Engage with academic customers on-site, demonstrate and support Bio-Rad consumables and small equipment.
• Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with CRM updates and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Field Application Specialists, and Marketing to expand Bio-Rad footprint and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication and product knowledge, with timely reporting to leadership.
