As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of North American Sales to manage and grow relationships with some of the world's largest laboratory organizations and their affiliated Contract Research Organizations (CROs). Your day may include collaborating with global customer stakeholders, negotiating and executing strategic agreements, and partnering with colleagues across multiple regions to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
You'll balance relationship management with strategic business planning, coordinating cross-functional teams to align customer needs with Bio-Rad's solutions and objectives. Whether you're leading discussions with key decision-makers, advancing contract negotiations, or working with regional teams to support complex global partnerships, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and long-term business growth. Travel may be required up to 25%, and candidates located on the East Coast or near a major airport are preferred to support customer engagement and collaboration.
This position covers the Pennsylvania region. The individual must live within a geography that allows them to visit customers on-site on a daily basis.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $137,600 to $189,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
