Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• 10+ years' experience in a Sales/Account Leadership role with high-profile accounts.
• Ability to influence multiple decision makers to close complex transactions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who follows projects to completion under pressure.
• Ability to work across matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and profitable growth of Global Data Center accounts.
• Act as the executive interface between customer and organization across locations.
• Build executive-level relationships to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities within the account.
• Lead strategic account planning and analysis for value proposition and sales execution.
• Drive executive-level communications with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract execution and delivery.
• Maintain opportunity management within CRM and ensure visibility.
• Support global portfolio initiatives and R&D alignment.
