Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Product Management & Innovation Lead to drive human-centered product development across client engagements. You will partner with Bain teams and clients to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver AI-enabled, customer-centric solutions.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and strategists in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ensuring feasible, impactful outcomes while advancing innovation across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience delivering innovation in consulting, tech, industries or startups
• Top Tier consulting experience, product management experience including assisting in the development and launch of software, enterprise solutions, services, mobile/web apps or other products

Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design principles to drive user-centric innovation.
• Support the delivery of POCs and MVPs that drive results.
• Contribute to product planning, roadmap definition, and execution.
• Contribute to building an inspired team and fostering collaboration.
• Support building capabilities of AIS, Bain and client teams.
