Job summary

Disney Experiences is seeking a Manager of Site Reliability & Systems Engineering to lead a global team supporting shipboard and shoreside infrastructure. You will oversee reliability, observability, and platforms across on-prem and cloud environments, partnering with Security, Software Engineering, and Product teams to ensure 24/7 operations.

You will manage budgets, drive automation, and advance CI/CD practices while aligning with enterprise standards and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related technology experience.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Site Reliability Engineering, observability, DevOps, automation, and highly available systems.
• Experience supporting global/24/7 operations across locations/time zones.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, CodeBuild/Deploy/Pipeline, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of container/server architectures in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL or related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of SREs and Systems Engineers.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, observability, reliability and systems engineering.
• Design, provision, and support infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Advance Observability, DevOps, automation, and SRE practices.
• Support web/mobile apps, POS, payments, reservations, and safety systems.
• Drive infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee Kubernetes, OS, databases, and network infra.
• Coordinate with shipboard/shoreline teams across time zones.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and related financials.
• Provide strategic technology recommendations aligned with standards.
