Walt Disney Attractions Technology LLC is seeking a Manager of Site Reliability & Systems Engineering to lead a global team responsible for reliability and infrastructure across shipboard and shoreside environments. The role emphasizes observability, DevOps, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Software Engineering, and Product teams.

You will guide 24/7 operations, oversee both on-prem and cloud platforms, and drive budgeting and strategic technology recommendations

Competenze

8+ years of technology experience.
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams.
Experience with both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Strong SRE, observability, DevOps, automation, and highly available systems.
Experience across global 24/7 operations.
