Job summary

IREN seeks a Senior Manager for Spare Parts & RMA Management to lead end-to-end spare hardware, repair operations, returns, and replacement inventories supporting the AI infrastructure. This role partners with Materials Management, Procurement, Engineering, Data Center Ops, Finance, and Logistics to ensure availability when and where needed, accelerating equipment recovery.

The incumbent will drive global inventory positioning, SLA targets, and supplier governance across regions, including EMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7+ years of experience in spare parts, materials management, reverse logistics, or related areas.
• Experience managing spare parts and RMA programs for complex technology hardware (GPUs/servers).
• Strong understanding of warranty programs, RMA processes, and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own global spare parts and RMA strategy for AI hardware across data centers.
• Develop stocking strategies for GPUs, servers, switches, optics, and power components.
• Set service levels and inventory policies to maximize availability and minimize excess.
