Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Spare Parts Inventory Manager to lead global strategy for spare parts inventory within the Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Integrated Spare Parts team. You will shape global inventory practices, improve tracking, and optimize supplier-related processes during equipment failures.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable improvements across sites globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global spare parts inventory strategy.
• Drive initiatives to ensure availability of right spare parts at the right locations while minimizing costs.
• Define nodal spare parts strategy and optimize stock reallocation between sites.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects with global impact.
• Drive simplification of processes and deprecate redundant workflows.
• Improve tracking of spare parts and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Define success metrics and present data-driven reviews to senior management.
