Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Spare Parts Inventory Manager to shape global strategies for spare parts within the Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in the United States. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize inventory availability, reduce costs, and drive data-driven process improvements across regions.

Responsibilities include overseeing stock levels, driving global policy improvements, and presenting results to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups).
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to the global spare parts inventory management strategy.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for spare parts inventory management.
• Drive initiatives to ensure availability of the right spare parts at the right locations, minimizing costs.
• Conduct data-analysis and identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement changes.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects to support efficient spare parts management across RME.
• Prepare data-driven business reviews for senior management.
