The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, complex project leadership, and collaboration with tech and non-tech partners to reduce inventory holdings while improving parts availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for spare parts inventory management.
• Drive initiatives to ensure availability of the right spare parts at the right locations while minimizing costs.
• Support the nodal spare parts strategy, defining stock reallocation across sites to reduce inventory holdings.
• Carry out data analysis and interpret reports to identify opportunities and implement changes.
• Lead and champion cross-functional process improvement projects with global impact.
• Define and drive process improvements to optimize current inventory management standards and processes.
• Prepare data-driven business reviews for senior management and communicate results to leadership.
