Responsibilities

• Define space requirements with GREF and represent WW Ops in space initiatives and site consolidation efforts.
• Develop strategies for space utilization and growth planning across WW Ops.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve headcount forecasting and analytics for space decisions.
• Manage strategic and tactical space planning initiatives from conception through implementation, including moves.
• Define requirements for space management tools and dashboards; drive process improvements in planning workflows.
