Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced UX Designer within Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) to create and enhance space planning tools for Amazon's corporate offices. You will collaborate with UX, Product, Software, and Business partners to deliver customer-centric specifications across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, analytical skills, and the ability to design simple, effective tools across complex real estate processes while contributing to an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Have an available online portfolio.
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax.
Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
Work alongside designers, product managers, engineers, and other experts to drive concepts from ideation to implementation.
Dive deep into space planning customers and use cases.
Think big about creative and simplified solutions to current complex processes.
