Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Physical Space Program Manager to lead global space planning for Worldwide Operations. You will partner with executive assistants, business leaders, and GREF to optimize workspace usage, plan for growth, and enhance the employee experience.

You will define space requirements, develop utilization strategies, and collaborate with Finance to forecast headcount and drive analytics. This role involves managing MAC moves, tool requirements, and training materials across multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and GREF to define space requirements and represent Worldwide Operations in space initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for space utilization and growth planning across Worldwide Operations.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve headcount forecasting and build analytics that drive space decisions.
• Manage space planning initiatives from conception through implementation, including moves and MAC processes.
• Define requirements for space management tools and dashboards; drive process improvements in planning workflows.
• Serve as liaison between Worldwide Operations and GREF, aligning priorities and timelines.
• Negotiate capacity plans balancing employee experience, cost, and growth.
• Educate partners on space-related tools and processes; identify training gaps and develop materials.
• Navigate competing priorities to drive alignment on space decisions and resolve conflicts.
