Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Physical Space Program Manager to lead global space planning initiatives for Worldwide Operations and business partners. You will partner with executive assistants, GREF, and WW Ops leaders to optimize workspace usage, plan for growth, and enhance the employee experience.

This role defines space requirements, develops forward-looking strategies for utilization, and coordinates with Finance on headcount forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Define space requirements with GREF and WW Ops; represent WW Operations in space initiatives and site consolidations.
• Develop and implement strategies for space utilization and growth planning across Worldwide Operations.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount forecasting and build analytics that drive space decisions.
• Manage space planning initiatives from conception through implementation, including MAC processes.
• Define requirements for space management tools and dashboards; drive continuous process improvement in planning workflows.
• Serve as liaison between WW Ops and GREF to align priorities and timelines.
• Negotiate capacity plans balancing employee experience, cost, and growth.
• Educate partners on space-related tools and processes; identify training gaps and provide materials.
• Navigate conflicting priorities to drive alignment on space decisions.
