Job summary

CHAOS Industries seeks a Sr. Space Planning Manager to own space planning across a global portfolio of offices, labs, and manufacturing areas.

You’ll translate headcount forecasts and program needs into capacity plans, test fits, and standards for Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace, and IT. This highly cross-functional role partners with Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities to scope, budget, and phase buildouts, while building a single source of truth for space data and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in space planning or related areas.
• Ownership of space plans for multi-site portfolios.
• Reading and marking up architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own space planning across global portfolio and manage occupancy data.
• Forecast space needs from headcount and program growth.
• Develop test fits, stacking plans, and layouts with architects and Construction.
• Define and maintain space standards (workstations, meeting rooms, lab layouts).
• Analyze utilization data and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Plan moves and changes with Facilities and Workplace to minimize disruption.
