Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Space Planner / Workplace Strategist to lead occupancy planning and space strategies across a global real estate portfolio. You will partner with Workplace Design and HR to translate headcount forecasts into test fits and space plans, maintaining data accuracy in IWMS and CAD tools.

The role requires 7–10+ years in occupancy or facilities planning, advanced CAD skills (AutoCAD; Revit/BIM preferred), and strong Excel data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in occupancy, space, or facilities planning within a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD-based space planning tools (AutoCAD required; Revit/BIM preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
• Experience developing test fits, stacking plans, and occupancy scenarios from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of density metrics, circulation, and space measurement standards (BOMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead space planning across multiple locations from intake to implementation with Workplace Design.
• Translate occupancy data and requirements into design-ready space plans and test fits.
• Develop and maintain space planning standards and documentation.
• Maintain space data, drawings, and occupancy records in IWMS and CAD platforms.
• Analyze utilization data and occupancy trends to inform planning decisions.
• Support MAC moves, adds, and changes with stakeholder communication.
