Job summary

DoorDash's Global Sourcing team operates across three brands—DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt—and more than 40 markets, building a world-class sourcing capability for value creation beyond savings. Reporting to the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing, this role partners across strategy, execution, and communication to steward the long-term wave plan and lead transformation programs.

• 6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Strong project and program management with cross-functional impact.
• Excellent listening and synthesis skills for stakeholder inputs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Steward multiyear category wave planning across brands and markets.
• Carry the Sourcing narrative and prepare leadership communications.
• Drive transformation program management with risk and milestone tracking.
• Liaise with cross functional partners and external stakeholders.
• Lead special projects and ensure timely, data-driven decisions.
• Maintain team health and operate the sourcing leadership rhythm.
