Savage X Fenty is seeking an Associate Production Manager to support global sourcing and manufacturing. Based in El Segundo, you will manage POs, pre-production schedules, specs, calendars, and material inventory while analyzing cost and margins. Excel proficiency and strong vendor relations are essential as you drive on-time delivery and production quality in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production experience, intimate apparel and/or replenishment programs.
• Strong organizational, planning, cost analysis, and margins knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and overseas vendors.
• Understanding of short lead production strategies.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishing.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
• Strong critical thinking, data-driven decision making.
• Detail oriented and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient MS Excel skills; Bachelor's in business or fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drive the seasonal production calendar and Core Greige program.
• Oversee vendor communication and PO entry to manufacturers.
• Coordinate with Raw Materials to meet AUC targets.
• Track production and delivery dates with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor capacity, projections vs actuals, and cost controls.
• Vet and onboard new vendors; manage paperwork and factories.
• Lead weekly calls with overseas partners and design teams.
• Ensure quality specs, construction, fit, and customer experience.
