Savage X Fenty is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead cross-functional projects and ongoing execution across wholesale and DTC. The role connects brand teams, shared services and external partners to deliver business priorities, with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive from planning through launch.

You will coordinate across order management, inventory, fulfillment, supply chain and technology, ensuring data-driven decisions and effective handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, including wholesale and DTC.
• Hands-on experience coordinating workflows across OMS, inventory, fulfillment and supply chain.
• Familiar with ERP, order management and warehouse systems; EDI a plus.
• A self-starter who drives action with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and drive planning, readiness and execution.
• Coordinate brand teams, shared services and partners to align priorities.
• Own brand-side operational activities and resolve issues.
• Define requirements, dependencies and handoffs for new initiatives.
• Identify gaps, develop solutions and drive cross-functional execution.
• Translate needs into system requirements and validate with teams.
• Manage timelines, risks and provide status updates.
• Stay engaged post-launch to ensure ongoing delivery and improvements.
• Lead ad hoc projects as business priorities evolve.
