Job summary

True Classic is seeking a Senior Production Manager to own end-to-end production execution, factory relationships, material flow, and on-time delivery across all channels. The role is hands-on, highly organized, and proactive, with responsibility for global factory operations and rapid problem solving.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor WIP and milestones, and ensure material readiness before production. Hybrid work in Calabasas, CA with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in apparel production management or global manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, factory capacity planning, material flow, and production timelines.
• Experience managing global vendors, production risks, and on-time delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own production execution from order confirmation through delivery, including calendars and capacity planning.
• Monitor WIP, output, and milestones to keep production on schedule.
• Lead factory performance reviews and corrective actions to improve quality, output, and delivery.
• Partner with Product Development, Technical Design, and mills to ensure materials and approvals are ready.
• Manage the flow of fabric, trims, and packaging into factories.
• Track greige inventory and material ownership through production stages.
• Identify risks early and drive issue resolution across factories and internal teams.
• Maintain order accuracy and align with wholesale ship windows and account requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, Finance and global factory partners for accountability.
