Job summary

Gold Medal International, based in New York, seeks a Production Manager to oversee apparel and accessory production from concept through delivery. This role will partner with cross-functional teams in a hybrid-remote NYC office, coordinating with overseas factories to ensure on-time, quality production.

The ideal candidate will manage cost, margins, inventory and scheduling while driving process improvements and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma accepted with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience with hybrid-remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of new styles from concept to production.
• Coordinate with design, sales, finance, operations, leadership and vendors to ensure quality.
• Communicate with factories to create samples and refine construction and fit.
• Make decisions on cost, margin, allocation, fabric positioning and inventory.
• Update and maintain WIP, packaging instructions, and PLM approvals.
