Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain experience in a global environment.
• Experience owning categories, negotiating commercial terms, supporting new product launches, and managing global suppliers.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own category sourcing plans and supplier relationships.
• Lead negotiations for product cost, tooling, payment terms, surcharges, and other commercial terms.
• Manage supplier performance, capacity, compliance, and risk; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Lead dual sourcing, supplier diversification, and contingency plans to protect supply.
• Lead sourcing work for new products from supplier selection through launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to make timely decisions and drive supplier innovation.
