Job summary

You will direct cross-functional teams, negotiate with key suppliers, implement lean sourcing, and guide AI-enabled procurement initiatives while collaborating with executives to sustain supply continuity and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum twelve years experience in sourcing, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, commodity management and supplier development; CPIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct global sourcing of direct and indirect materials and services.
• Lead development of sourcing methods, evaluation criteria and cost-reduction strategies.
• Serve as lead negotiator and select suppliers.
• Implement lean supply chains and identify low-cost-country sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain global SOPs for Sourcing and Purchasing functions.
• Oversee supplier audits for financial wellness, social responsibility, and quality.
