Truststone Group, LLC in New York, NY seeks a seasoned Sourcing Manager to lead company-wide sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier relationships across consumer categories. The role demands fast-paced execution, high SKU management, and collaboration with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will manage overseas factories (primarily in Asia), negotiate terms, and ensure timely production handoffs while maintaining data integrity in Excel and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or product development within wholesale or consumer goods.
• Experience sourcing across multiple product categories; consumer electronics experience strongly preferred.
• Strong supplier network and experience working with overseas factories, particularly in China.
• Deep understanding of product costing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing across all product categories including electronics, beauty, home, kitchen, outdoor, LED, and general merchandise.
• Identify, evaluate, and vet factories to determine reliability, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers, primarily in China.
• Partner closely with leadership to align sourcing strategy with business needs and product direction.
