At Home in Coppell, TX is seeking a Sourcing Manager to serve as a liaison between Buyers and agents/factories and to partner with the Sr. Director of Sourcing to drive category sourcing strategies.

The role emphasizes leading the Product Partner Matrix, data analysis, supplier onboarding, and achieving on-time delivery while building strong cross-functional partnerships in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–10 years’ experience in international sourcing/buying.
• Experience with home goods and working with agents/factories.
• Strong analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Partner Matrix process and analyze data to guide decisions.
• Negotiate costs and manage supplier relationships for margin savings.
• Coordinate with Sr Director of Sourcing, Trend and Merchant Partners.
• Plan, track, and report production to ensure on-time delivery.
• Onboard new agents/factories and manage development calendars.
• Develop team talent and build cross-functional relationships.
