Job summary

Spectrum Brands’ Home & Personal Care Appliances division seeks a Sourcing Manager to own category sourcing plans, negotiate terms, and manage supplier performance across global suppliers.

The role collaborates with Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to launch products and drive cost improvements. Hybrid work in Middleton, WI is expected with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or supply chain experience in a global environment.
• Experience owning categories, negotiating commercial terms, supporting new product launches, and managing global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own category sourcing plans and supplier relationships.
• Lead negotiations for product cost, tooling, payment terms, surcharges, and other commercial terms.
• Manage supplier performance, capacity, compliance, and risk; drive corrective actions.
• Lead dual sourcing, supplier diversification, and contingency plans to protect supply.
