Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience with direct contract and price negotiations.
• Demonstrated past success in global sourcing and value analysis with external suppliers.
• Understanding of MRP Systems, specifically supply chain transactions and master data.
• Microsoft 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of commodity strategies on a global basis.
• Negotiate complex contracts with a global supplier base.
• Drive sourcing decisions and supplier selection for the division.
• Lead RFQ processes, cost analysis, and supplier awards.
• Drive supplier readiness, capacity planning, and ramp-up support.
• Manage changes in demand and material costs with stakeholders.
• Travel to facilities and suppliers up to 30%.
