The position requires eight to ten years in sourcing, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong experience with contracts, MRP, and MS

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience with direct contract and price negotiations.
• Demonstrated global sourcing with external suppliers.
• Understanding of MRP systems and master data.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies on a global basis.
• Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers.
• Lead supplier RFQ processes and cost analyses.
• Drive readiness activities, capacity planning, and ramp‑up.
• Transition from development sourcing to production purchasing.
• Communicate demand and material cost changes with stakeholders.
• Travel to facilities and suppliers up to 30%.
