Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Experience with supply chain concepts and methodologies in manufacturing
• Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to lead projects

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for strategic sourcing and commodity strategy management to support business partner goals
• Analyze commodity spend management opportunities and deploy strategic plans
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand business initiatives and Supply Chain’s role
• Manage critical supplier agreements including new sources, renewals, and negotiations
• Negotiate high-level complex contracts delivering world-class results
• Develop partnerships with key suppliers to achieve results
• Conduct research to understand supply market and commodity trends
• Collaborate with Procurement Managers to align and execute commodity strategy
• Drive strategic sourcing and commodity plans to achieve savings and performance targets
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce cost and total cost of ownership
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead improvement teams
• Assess risk and ensure supply continuity with contingency plans
