Qualifications

• 4‑year college degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years in Purchasing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and methodologies, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple, fluid priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to lead and manage projects.
• Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to align with goals.
• Proven track record to deliver results and achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for strategic sourcing and commodity strategy management to support business goals.
• Analyze commodity spend management opportunities and deploy strategic plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business initiatives and supply chain's role.
• Manage critical supplier agreements including new sources and renewals.
• Negotiate high-level complex contracts delivering results.
• Develop partnerships with key suppliers to achieve results.
• Conduct research on supply markets and commodity trends.
• Collaborate with Procurement Managers to align strategy.
• Drive strategic sourcing and commodity plans to achieve savings.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead improvement teams as needed.
• Assess risk, manage supply continuity, and develop contingency plans.
