• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the Medical Division’s Portage location.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
• Drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and dual sourcing initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on pricing strategies and market conditions.
• Organize scorecard reviews and executive business reviews.
