You will own a portfolio of sustaining products and lead category strategies in electronics, PCBAs, metals, and plastics, while collaborating with Engineering and executive leadership.

The role demands 8+ years in supply chain sourcing, strong negotiation, and a track record of supplier development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Supply Chain Management or closely related field with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms on products, materials, and services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop subject matter expertise in assigned spend categories.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop and execute sourcing, category, and commodity strategies across key direct-material categories, including electronics and PCBAs, as well as metals and plastics.
• Supplier Relationship & Commercial Management: Set strategic direction for key supplier partnerships and lead negotiations, handling quality concerns and disputes.
• Supplier Development & Performance: Drive supplier capabilities and performance to meet short- and long-term needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering and other stakeholders to align sourcing, product, supplier, and business strategies.
• Portfolio & Spend Ownership (Sustaining): Own supplier and sourcing strategy for a significant portfolio of sustaining products and spend.
• Executive Communication & Influence: Engage with senior leadership to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Travel: 20 - 25% travel based on business needs.
