Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier development.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and ISO 9001.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity and sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier selection, spend analysis, and base optimization.
• Build supplier relationships with scorecards and business reviews.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to optimize quality, cost, and service.
• Conduct cost analyses, benchmarking, and make-versus-buy evaluations.
• Identify cost reduction, productivity, and value-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and product development teams.
• Demonstrate success in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
