Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing workstreams for product transfers, insourcing initiatives, and manufacturing transformation projects.
• Identify, assess, select, and onboard suppliers through RFQs, capability assessments, supplier qualification activities, and Approved Supplier List (ASL) management to support project requirements.
• Drive competitive sourcing outcomes through pricing negotiations, contract execution, cost reduction initiatives, and long‑term supplier agreements that deliver sustainable value.
• Lead sourcing activities for component transfers, supplier transitions, and new SKU implementation across multiple commodity categories, ensuring seamless transition into production.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to manage supplier deliverables, qualification milestones, sample builds, and launch readiness activities.
• Proactively identify sourcing risks, develop mitigation plans, and provide clear updates to project teams and senior leadership on supplier performance, project status, and financial impact.
