Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in the offered role or related occupation.
• 1 year leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives or program management.
• Experience influencing executive leadership on strategic initiatives and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data and customer feedback to define product strategy and growth requirements.
• Influence product development by prioritizing feature roadmaps and cross-portfolio management.
• Create strategic opportunity documents capturing long-term business needs for product decisions.
• Support alpha and beta programs to test new products and ensure launch readiness.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive product launches and customer adoption.
