Atlas HXM is seeking a global Solutions Lead to design and deliver complex enterprise solutions across sales, operations, and product teams. You will define global delivery models, optimize processes, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth and efficiency.

Lead at scale with executive engagement, multi-country compliance, and partnerships with sales to craft tailored proposals for enterprise clients in a hybrid Chicago-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business required.
• 2 years of EOR operations experience required.
• Experience with global delivery and multi-country payroll preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of complex cross-functional solutions.
• Bridge sales, operations, product, and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
• Define global delivery models and KPIs for solution delivery and onboarding.
• Partner with Sales to structure complex enterprise deals and proposals.
• Oversee global service delivery and ensure operational readiness.
• Mentor and grow cross-functional, global solutions teams.
• Utilize data dashboards to monitor global performance and outcomes.
