Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a high-impact WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions Sales Leader to transform and run a global sales organization. You will lead about 500 sales and presales professionals across geos, driving a multi-year transformation and a shift toward AAS and software-driven growth.

You will own >$2B in orders, build executive relationships with customers and partners, shape go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with Hybrid Cloud Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven transformation leader with experience guiding large-scale global sales transformations.
• Significant leadership of international or worldwide sales/presales teams of several hundred people.
• Deep understanding of as-a-service and recurring-revenue business models, pricing and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year transformation of WW Hybrid Cloud Solutions sales motion across geos.
• Own the number: deliver $2B+ in orders with growth, while managing revenue, margin, pipeline and forecasts.
