Job summary

HSAD USA is seeking an AX Transformation Office Lead to define and commercialize services, set delivery strategies, and guide growth across its client base in the United States. The role focuses on packaging offerings, pricing, and scalable delivery models across AI-enabled initiatives.

The successful candidate will blend strategy, business development, and hands-on execution, shaping commitments, governance, and partnerships with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, service development, or business development.
• Ability to turn an opportunity into a defined service offering with a workable pricing model and statement of work.
• Experience developing growth plans, evaluating commercial opportunities, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, adoption, and governance.
• Ability to work across commercial, operational, and technical teams.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new services based on client needs and past work.
• Package services into clear offerings with menus and pricing.
• Define scope, SOW, SLAs, and performance measures for offerings.
• Transition work from BPO into repeatable services; improve operating models and processes.
• Develop commercial approaches to pricing, billing, and contracts.
• Build reusable methods and IP; track delivery metrics.
