Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing.
• Experience influencing executive leaders and shaping company-wide strategy.
• Ability to lead through influence across a global matrix organization.
• Exceptional messaging and positioning capabilities with ability to simplify complex technologies.
• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term technology positioning and strategic direction with executive leadership.
• Advise on Bentley's horizontal technology portfolio and drive thought leadership.
• Translate technology strategy into differentiated market positioning and messaging.
• Define messaging frameworks for core technology platforms and ensure consistency across industries.
• Lead a team of solution marketers and align priorities with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Campaigns, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to activate messaging globally.
