You will coach executives, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and promote AI-enabled practices to accelerate growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading Presales or Solutions Engineering teams in a growth-oriented tech organization.
• Coaching/mentorship mindset with passion for developing people.
• Deep expertise in presales methodologies and scaling processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to boost productivity and customer engagement.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Solutions Engineers across North America.
• Drive the technical sales strategy across NA, guiding discovery and design.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align presales with revenue objectives.
• Establish presales methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor on enterprise opportunities and business value delivery.
• Champion adoption of AI-enabled practices to differentiate the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive future innovation.
• Use data to optimize win rates, deal velocity, and impact.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent for scalable growth.
• Contribute to the Customer Engineering leadership vision and strategy.
