Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a senior marketing leader to define and drive the market narrative for core technology platforms, including digital twins and AI. The role partners with the VP of Product & Industry Marketing to shape technology strategy and differentiate Bentley's offerings globally.

You will lead a team of solution marketers, influence across a matrixed organization, and own strategic technology initiatives while staying hands-on in messaging and positioning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in B2B enterprise technology marketing, with leadership in platform, AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and shape company-wide technology strategy and messaging.
• Experience leading through influence in a complex global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Bentley's market narratives for core technology platforms.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of solution marketers while owning key technology initiatives.
• Partner with executives to shape long-term technology positioning and messages.
• Align go-to-market programs across product, industry, and campaigns.
• Synthesize market insights into forward-looking positioning and recommendations.
