Insider One is hiring a Senior Customer Success Architect to lead strategic deployments for enterprise clients. You will engage with senior IT leaders, run data workshops, and drive pilots and value realization across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives.
• Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customer technical decision-makers and influencers.
• Run data workshops to align plans with goals and environments.
• Drive pilots, POCs, and value demonstrations to progress deployments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and campaigns.
• Identify blockers and coordinate with teams to remove them.
• Collaborate with product and support to remediate blockers.
• Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and growth.
