Job summary

Insider One seeks an experienced technical consultant to lead complex customer deployments and digital transformation initiatives in the US. You will engage with senior IT leaders, run data workshops, and drive pilots to deliver measurable business impact.

Required are a Bachelor's in CS and 5+ years in enterprise deployments, with strong communication and cloud skills. This role offers ESOP, training perks, and a path to leadership within the Partner Success Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record with complex enterprise deployments and customer influence.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customer technical decision-makers and influencers to enable digital transformation.
• Run data workshops to plan solutions aligned with customer goals and environments.
• Drive pilots, POC, and value realization to move from pilots to deployments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment, delivering solutions.
• Identify and escalate blockers; coordinate with product/support to remove barriers.
• Collaborate with product and support to remediate blockers and guide future growth.
• Share best practices to foster customer affinity and long-term success.
