Job summary

Fin seeks a SeniorAI Deployment Consultant to lead large, complex customer deployments across AI-powered customer service platforms. You will manage end-to-end delivery, partner with engineering teams, and guide clients to measurable value quickly and at scale.

The role blends project leadership, technical configuration, and strategic advisory across data migrations, integrations, and security. You will collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy and contribute to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Delivery of large, complex projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates.
• Hands-on configuration capability, familiar with APIs, data flows and integrations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with executives and tech stakeholders.
• Daily use of AI tooling to accelerate discovery, documentation, and assets; familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation.
• Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget aligned with customer goals and support model.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Own hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—automation, workflows, analytics, data migrations.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy.
• Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations and security reviews.
• Run projects with risk logs, structured reporting, and clear escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to Deployment Services methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Apply AI tooling to delivery work and share learnings with the team.
