Job summary

Repligen seeks a PAT Software Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of software supporting Analytics instruments and connected solutions. You will align customer needs with business priorities, work across software, instrumentation, QA and commercial teams, and lead the product owner role within Agile processes.

You will drive digital‑twin capabilities, cross‑functional integration, release readiness and commercialization, and define KPIs to measure impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of software product management or related experience in life sciences, analytics or connected products.
Experience owning software roadmaps, backlogs and priorities.
Ability to translate customer workflows into product requirements.
Experience with Agile software development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define, own and maintain the software vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
Translate objectives and market needs into actionable product initiatives and user stories.
Communicate short, mid and long-term direction to stakeholders with transparency.
Collaborate across business units and integrate software priorities with multiple platforms.
Define requirements for digital‑twin capabilities and instrument integrations.
