Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media for Overwatch to lead the global social strategy and day-to-day direction of the franchise's social ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and external partners to translate roadmaps into platform-native plans, while managing budgets and guiding a high-performing team across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Twitch, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in social media or digital marketing within gaming/entertainment

Responsibilities

• Lead global social strategy for Overwatch across major platforms
• Manage budgets, objectives, and schedules for the social team
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and external agencies
• Translate roadmaps and campaigns into cohesive social plans with clear success metrics
• Guide real-time publishing, community engagement, and reactive content during launches
• Develop channel strategies, playbooks, and content systems for live-service engagement
• Mentor and grow the social team, balancing strategy with execution quality
• Ensure global/local alignment with regional teams and partner ecosystems
