You will serve as the main contact for creators, own the Creator Program, and partner with global teams to shape strategic campaigns across YouTube creators, streamers, fansites, and more. You will design processes, drive seasonal GTMs, measure creator impact, and scale partnerships while leading cross-functional collaboration with PR, Brand, Community, and Product Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in influencer marketing, community management, or related field.
• Proven experience building/leading a creator program.
• Deep understanding of gaming communities and Overwatch ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage Blizzard Overwatch global Creator Program.
• Identify and manage relationships with core creators.
• Be the main contact for assigned creators and measure program success.
